Password Reset Required.
DonorCentral successfully moved from vendor Blackbaud to vendor NPact. The move required a user password change.
Please follow the steps below if you have not changed your DonorCentral password since July 31st.
If you have already reset your password, you can log in and enjoy making an impact for the causes that matter most to you.

Reset Instructions
If you have any questions, please contact us Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET at 888-440-4233 x201 or donorsupport@aefonline.org.
Step 1
Go to aef.donorcentral.com and input the email address associated with your DonorCentral account and click Continue.
(NOTE: Old bookmarks that point to Blackbaud are obsolete. Please bookmark the URL aef.donorcentral.com.)
Step 2
An important on-screen notification will pop up. If you don’t receive the onscreen notification, select “Forgot Password”.
Be sure to close your browser after this step.
Step 3
Check your email and open the message with the subject line “Password Reset Request.”.
The email will be sent from mailout@donorcentral.com.
(If not in your In-box, look in Junk and Spam too.)
Step 4
Click the link at the end of the sentence that reads “Click Here” to confirm you want to reset your DonorCentral password.
NOTE: The link times out after 5 minutes. Should this happen, please close the active browser tab and begin again.
Step 5
Input and confirm a new password following the password requirements on the screen.
Click “Reset Password” when finished.
Look for the green checkmark confirming a successful password reset and close your browser.
Step 6
Open your web browser and go to aef.donorcentral.com. The AEF logo will be displayed in the login window.
Enter your email address and click Continue. Input your new password and click “Login.”
