Contest Disclaimer:

By participating in this contest to win a $500 donor-advised fund (“the Prize”) at the INSITE^® 2024 conference June 4 – 6, 2024, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: The contest is open to all tradeshow attendees aged 18 years or older. Employees of the sponsoring organization and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win.
2. Sweepstakes Period – The contest will begin on June 4, 2024, at 8:00 A.M Pacific Daylight Time and close June 6, 2024, at 11:59 P.M. Daylight Pacific Time.
3. Entry: To enter the contest, participants must complete the entry form using the QR code provided at the designated booth and or online during the conference. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Prize: The Prize consists of a $500 donor-advised fund, which will be awarded to the winner as a contribution to a charitable cause of their choice. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability of the advertised prize. The winner will be responsible for all taxes and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize.  
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected through a random number generator from all eligible entries received during the conference. The drawing will be conducted by AEF within one week following the conclusion of the tradeshow, whose decisions are final and binding.
6. Notification: The winner will be notified via email or phone within one week of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven days of notification, at the discretion of the sponsoring organization, an alternate winner may be selected under Section 5 and notified via email or phone within 30 days of the drawing. Winner must complete the Acknowledgement of Eligibility and Release provided by AEF within seven calendar days of being notified. Failure to return the Acknowledgement of Eligibility and Release may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
7. Publicity: By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to allow the sponsoring organization to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The winner’s name and city and state of residence may be posted on Sponsor’s website and/or used in other promotional materials. The winner may withdraw their consent to use their name, likeness and entry for promotional purposes in writing under this section by contacting joshwalker@aefonline.org by email within five days of notification of winning.
8. Release of Liability: By participating in the contest, participants release the sponsoring organization, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the contest, including but not limited to injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the Prize or participation in the contest.
9. Governing Law: The contest is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Sponsor: The contest is sponsored by American Endowment Foundation, with primary place of business at 5700 Darrow Road, Suite 118, Hudson, OH 44236.
11. Compliance: Participants agree to comply with all contest rules and decisions of the sponsoring organization, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.
12. Winner List:  To obtain a list of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to AEF Winner’s List, 5700 Darrow Rd, Ste 118, Hudson, OH 44236. Requests must be received no later than July 31, 2024. The winner’s list will also be available on our website at engage.aefonline.org for a period of 90 days after the end of the contest.
