Platform Launch Timeline

We anticipate a full transfer of data and activation of this new platform by early Q2 of 2026. *Dates and times subject to change
March 13

Last Day for Grant Submission

Final opportunity to submit grants before the blackout period begins. Ensure all submissions are completed by end of day.

March 23 – April 6

Blackout Period

System transition window. Grant recommendations submitted after Friday, March 13, 2026 will be processed, but may experience slight delays.

March 24

Advisor Training – Session 1

Virtual training available at 12:00 PM ET or 3:00 PM ET. Choose the session that works best for your schedule.

March 26

Advisor Training – Session 2

Second virtual training session at 12:00 PM ET or 3:00 PM ET. Choose the session that works best for your schedule.

March 31

Donor Training – Session 1

Virtual donor training session at 12:00 PM EST. Learn how to navigate and use the new platform features.

April 2

Donor Training – Session 2

Second virtual donor training session at 12:00 PM EST. An additional opportunity for platform onboarding.

April 5

Credentials Emailed

Login credentials for the new platform will be sent to all users via email. Check your inbox and spam folder.

April 6

New Platforms Go Live

The new AEF platform officially launches. All users can begin accessing the updated system with their new credentials.
